Tickled Trout

Excellent Sunday roast dinner with all of the trimmings. The food, atmosphere and service were all top notch!! A wonderful restaurant to visit for an authentic Scottish experience.

Meeting an old friend, the Tickled Troutwas suggested as half way between us. Great choice, friendly welcome, great table, excellent food and charming service... thanks a lot.

We really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food. We will come again.

Arrived on time for our booking but was left standing for nearly 15 minutes waiting to be seated even though there were staff standing around talking at the bar. Food was okay but again after our mains &amp; were ready to order dessert we waited nearly 25 minutes &amp; still no one came to clear the table or take the order so in the end we had to ask a member of staff for the bill &amp; went somewhere else for dessert .

The food was delicious, fresh tasting and beautifully presented. Nothing was too trouble for the friendly and attentive staff. We have been several times and intend to go back again in the near future. Very highly recommended.

A lovely dinner and soir&eacute;e . We were a bit early but still, we were welcomed with a big smile and great professionalism.Lovely staff and taking very good care of the customers. Thank you for making our evening special 🙏🏻
